hi, I am using free hosting. I would like to use cgi program on the server. but it seems cgi-bin directory is not working correctly and cgi program doesn't work.

can I use CGI on this server?
if yes, please let me know how to set up the server to use cgi program.
in addition, what is path for perl program?
