The new one is even clearer - your vbulletin is showing signs of illegal modification. Therefore you are now permanently suspended for nulled vbulletin; you should know that vBulletin isn't free, every file on your account -says- it's not free right at the top. You didn't buy it, you can't legally use it. This is a permanent suspension and the account is gone forever.
