My hosting account has been suspended.
Please unsuspend my hosting account.

One of the admins on your forum posted a link to a cracked version of an application. Per the TOS, linking to Warez is not allowed, and so you were permanently suspended for it.

As such the account is lost; no backups will be provided as those are yours to make while you still have access to the account, and this is a zero tolerance suspension that cannot be removed for any reason period.
