My acc is suspended!

it says that my account is suspended and the reason is: File hosting zt.
And I do not know what it is. plzz help me.

It means that you hosted files in your account without a site to associate with them, or you had a file hosting script there. Both are zero tolerance violations of TOS that you agreed to when you signed up for an account. The account is permanently suspended, and any access to it (including backups) is not allowed.
