retrieve files

Hi, My account was recently suspened, I am aware of that, but I don't have any of my files backed up on my computer. Is there any way I can get the files off the website. It is extremely important that I retrieve them.

You are responsible for all backups, as it says in the TOS that you agreed to when you signed up for an account. Your account is permanently suspended, which means that any access to your account (including backups) are not allowed. Everything is locked in suspension and it will stay that way until it is automatically terminated in the system.
