Why is my account suspended?

I have got Habbo files, but those are not against the rules of Habbo. It's just for testing files for a Habbo Fansite like http://www.habbofliet.nl and http://www.powerhabbo.nl

Please, unsuspend my account. I really need those files!

The DCR files you have in the zobba folder however -are- habbo hotel's client files, which aren't allowed as they infringe copyright and violate the File Hosting policy of the TOS.

This is a zero tolerance permanent suspension; I'dve tried to avoid putting a habbo hotel client on the account personally as that's clearly not within the bounds of the TOS, but that's just me.

Oh, yeah, damn.. the DCR files.. But it wond be jused anymore.. isn't it possible to delete the DCR files and unsuspend it..

I can't lose all other files!!

Unfortunately as this is a major violation of the terms of service, no, we can't just delete the DCR files. You've broken several US laws by having that on here (all of them related to piracy, copyright infringement, and trademark infringement), and thus the account is permanently suspended, and there is nothing you can do.

And there is no way to get a back-up of all onther files, I really need them?!

I just forgot that i still got those DCR files..
I'm nog jusing it for a really long time!

There is no way to get backups as the account was permanently suspended; per the TOS you're responsible for all backups.

Okay, but i didn't know that my account was going to be permanetley suspended.. if i had know it, i had made a backup.

Those DCR file are that old, that i didn't know it anymore.. please..!

* File Storage: Accounts are not to be used for file storage, your account will be permenantly suspended if found to be breaking this rule. Downloads are only allowed on your x10Hosting account if they have to do directly with your website. e.g. you developed custom software and are selling it or giving it away. Accounts may not be used for mirrors, game file hosting, or any other type of file hosting not specified here.


These are all from the same TOS you agreed to upon signup. You'll notice some say "Permanently suspended" or "zero tolerance policy". You -were- warned what would happen, and now it's time to pay the price.
