You were suspended for file hosting. TOS clearly forbids this and you agreed to it when you signed up for an account. Your account is suspended, and any access to it (including the taking of any backups) is not allowed.

You can't. As calistoy has said, all further access to the account is no longer allowed.
The TOS made it quite clear that a permanent suspension is the penalty for file hosting.
TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!
