Internal Error but permissions fine??

Hello.

I have a PHP file on my site at location: http://techfoundry.x10.mx/web/webdesign/html/index.php

I am getting the internal error message. I set the permission just like I set the other files that are accessible on the site.

How do I set the permissions properly with a Mac? I don't believe you can set permissions with numbers like on Windows (e.g. 755).

Once you uploaded the files goto cpanel filemanager and set the permissions to the files and folders
