Website does not exist anymore

Hi,

I have been suspended because my code required too much resources. I optimized my code, so that it's around 50 times faster now (0.025 sec for the whole site). I unsuspended my site and also tried to change the domain. I couldn't access the new domain, so I changed it back to the old domain. This domain is also not accessible anymore. It was completed under open actions but still there is no change. Please help me.
