My account has been suspended and I have absolutely no idea what to do.

The first part is iffy but can be ignored cause it says "Zero tolerance for the unsupported language however as there is -no- translation to english/spanish/french." The TOS quite clearly says we only allow sites in those 3 languages. As yours wasn't in one of those 3 and there was no manual translation available, the site was suspended for failing to abide by the TOS.

Under a zero tolerance suspension there isn't anything you can do; it's a permanent irrevocable suspension that lasts until the account is automatically purged from the system after a minimum of 14 days. We can't even get in there to get backups.
