Mysql shoutbox addon for the forum in the vb folder (which is not vb).
Unfortunately this suspension is not able to be resolved automatically. To resolve this suspension please open a support ticket.

These are currently allowed on Illuminated and Premium plans.

Otherwise your account will remain suspended and you will not be allowed access to your account and files.

As previously stated, the only way to get the account reinstated at this point is by upgrading.
If you chose to upgrade, the account will be moved in its full to the new server, that part works the same for Illuminated as Premium.
We cant start making exceptions for one user and not to the others suspended for the same reason, therefor the suspension will have to stand.
