That will not be possible, as you violated the terms of service by hosting game files. This is therefore a permanent suspension and you will not be given access to any backups prior to their deletion.

To cover this as well it's right in the TOS under filehosting, and you were manually suspended on a sweep for similar accounts. If it's any consolation you were not the only user suspended for this, and you weren't the last either (caught another 3 overnight).
