Website not directing to index

For some reason my website is not directing to the index page correctly and just shows up your basic default site placeholder.

Try clearing your cache and flushing your DNS.

Have tried to do so already, it redirects me to http://reactiontimeracing.pcriot.com...ultwebpage.cgi But if i directly type in reactiontimeracing.pcriot.com/index.php it works fine.
