Trouble Adding a Addon Domain

I have tried to add two domains turtledomination.com and photographybyfg.com but I got an error regarding the name servers which I already had changed so I guess the changes hadn't taken affect yet. The problem is that it won't let me re add either domain because it tells me it is already configure yet there is no domains configured in my addon domain list. What do i need to do to rest the domain list?

I am new to this forum how do i get help with this issue. I have read many posts with other members having the same issue, but none explain what needs to be done to fix the issue. Please respond!

turtledomination.com and photographybyfg.com traceroutes to Stoli.

Going to the two domains via URL give the baby blue Default Website Page.

JM has no information on the domain.

Escalating to a Support Ticket so an Admin can manually add the two to your account as add-ons.
