That script is a copyright and trademark infringement of Gameforge. It most definitely violates Gameforge's Terms and Conditions, specifically section 4 listed hereGameforge's T&C. Your suspension is permanent. Any access to your account, including the taking of backups, is not allowed.

You will not get your files back. I took a look at the source code of the index page for Ikorham, and it hotlinks, HOTLINKS, images and scripts from the official site for Ikariam, therefore, identifying itself AS Ikariam. That's outright copyright and trademark infringement, and it's phishing. This is against US copyright and trademark law.

You've lost everything in the account. x10hosting TOS says that you are responsible for all backups. Due to the permanent suspension, nothing is going to be recovered for you for the reason that x10hosting.com will NOT traffic in illegal material.
