Account Suspension

Hello, I have upgraded my account to a Prime Membership but my hosting account is still suspended, can this be resolved? Either I get a refund or my account becomes unsuspended, thanks.

Spamming is not allowed on any of the services.

You have a script in your account with the sole purpose of allowing email spoofing and spamming. The account will not get unsuspended, eventually it will be terminated.

Prime only protects against inactivity suspensions, and allows the account to use more RAM/CPU before getting suspended for high resource usage.

There's no refunds available, especially not when the account is actually suspended for a TOS violation.

I'm not sure where you got the impression we'd unsuspend your account if you opted for Prime, but the rules are exactly the same no matter what package, we do not tolerate spamming at all.
