I am using Filezilla and the error code I get is Response: 530 login incorrect. Error: Could not connect to server.

I have reset my passsword and it still gives this error?

Please help me urgently as I have to do my updates to my site!

    Thank you kindly

Re: FTP error could not connect to server

    Hello,

Please try using your cPanel username as the username, and the password which you reset it to. red125 may be an additional account, and they are not affected by any password reset(s).
