I was changed domain to http://current-vacancy.com and deleted old word-press installation. But after setup of new word-press installation site is redirected to http://current-vacancy.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi instead of http://current-vacancy.com.However still I am able to open http://current-vacancy.com/wp-admin/ page please help me to get back my site live.

Works for me. Try clearing your browser cache and history. If that does not work, your ISP is caching the page and you will have to wait for them to expire the page. You can try adding ?foo to the end of the URL to 'trick' it into getting fresh content.
