My account got suspended for nothing!

I can't believe you suspended me, what's going on, I'm confused and nervous please tell me???

In the reason for suspending my account was stated "Unsupported language: Russian". The site is not on Russian, you dumb Americans!!!!!! **** Russia I'm from Macedonia! It's on Macedonian. Please correct this mistake and make my account available!

Apologies; repaired the suspension reason to the correct unsupported language.


The problem is Macedonian is still not English, Spanish, or French, as the TOS requires. This is not a suspension we can remove. I also don't appreciate the direct insult - we're all human and we all make mistakes. Yours was failing to actually abide by the TOS in the first place.

I was planning to add English version of the site in the following days and now you suspended my account! This is not fair, try to get my account back!

The problem with that statement is you had plenty time to add the English language, seeing as the account was created nearly 3 months ago.

Also it is always wise to START with the version that does abide with the TOS, and not with the version that violates it...

I'm telling you, although I created my account 3 months ago, I have not uploaded files until now. You can check if you want... my site was published on 3th February 2011, just 4-5 days ago and my account is suspended in very short time. This is wrong and not fair at all... you don't have to believe my but today I started translating the site into English because I want to be understandable to the whole world, not only to the visitors from my country... think about this decision twice... return my account...

By the way one short but good question: Can I have English and Macedonian version of the website but when the site opens (the first page that the visitors sees) to be on Macedonian. I'll add GB (Great Britain) or US flag so that the visitor can switch to English language.

The decision is permanent, as we already said on IRC.

For the subquestion, yes that's allowed. The problem is that wasn't there so there -was- no translation available as required.

Next time you should warn the customers. Give them 24h to add one of the supported languages and if they not met the condition then suspend their account. This came completely unexpected and shocking for me. Now I have to start all over again. But I'm strong and I'll succeed it. ;)

We've been through that argument with other folks actually. The TOS -is- the warning. And, I quote:

At this time x10Hosting only supports English, Spanish and French websites on free hosting, these restrictions do not apply to paid hosting. Sites found breaking this rule will be permanently suspended.

With that, since the issue is done, I'm closing the ticket.
