changing the Main Domain

i tried to add toptouchbeautysupply.com as my addon domain but it first gave me some error of ips then i configured my domain to match the dns and name server's then i again tried to add and it showed " toptouchbeautysupply.com is already configured , but it does not showed up in my addon domains or parked domains!
now when i even try to add it as my main domain it shows and error !help me

Problem:

His domain is in x10's nameservers, pointing to Stoli, where his account is located , but JM shows nothing and going to the URL brings up the Default Website Page.

Escalating this to a Support Ticket so an Admin can fix. This will close the thread but you can follow the Support Ticket by clicking on the yellow bar at top or by logging onto the Account Management System ( https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php ) with your Forum credentials.
