Why my URL(other selfhosting) get affected if my profile in x10hosting is suspended?

My URL http://penang.tk is currently under another type of hosting.
so i why http://penang.tk is affected?
my URL in x10hosting.com is http://read4knowledge.x10.mx
so, how can this happen?
please explain.

That .tk domain isn't hosted by us and that suspension page doesn't look like ours. You will have to check with your other web host about the suspension of your .tk domain.

And your x10hosting domain is suspended because you requested it to be deleted.
