i want to know how much resource i use for upgrading a website core?. my account got suspend, after i upgrading my website core.Plz..can u check my hosting and i hope my account will be back again after this, because i didn't do anything, it's just upgrade.

You currently are no longer suspended.

Upgrading WordPress sometimes causes problems depending on how many plugins and theme functions you have installed. If your account doesn't normally get suspended with the current amount of plugins, its probably near the CPU limit so upgrading triggers a HRU suspension.

Try upgrading WordPress manually by downloading and uploading the files through cPanel or FTP.
