cannot add domain - already configured?

So i had DNS servers of domain pointed to ns1.x10.. and ns2
When i try to add domain it says it is already configured, but it doesn't show up on cpanel stats.
There is no folder in /etc/ with that domain
12hours passed from domain being added and it shows default web site page of x10 hosting.
What could be the problem?

So i can see my domain listed in subdomains adding, but of course i cannot add subdomain because domain is not setup.
I didn't have this problem before, i successfuly added other domain name.

Domain has been added.

Please do note that we only supports sites in English, Spanish or French, having any other language does require there to at all times be a full, manual, translation into one of those languages.

Premium Hosting does not have that restrictions.

Thank you very much.
I would need a week or two to translate this, because i did not know about language restriction until now.
But i think i will buy premium and transfer my other sites here because i am impressed with your free hosting.
