    I'm having problems getting to my free hosting cpanel. i have created a management account called FTPPHP but have not received the email with the activation key which i believe is needed before i can get to it. Please help i'm frustrated by the process. BTW i requested domain mytest99.x10.mx

    I see that your email is at hotmail.com. Please check your spam folder. If it's not there, then that's because hotmail commonly has blacklisted x10hosting email because of user abuse. If you can, see if you can get x10hosting whitelisted there. If that's not possible, see if you can change your email in this system to one that's not at hotmail.
