Yes, you were only suspended for high resource usage.
I have unsuspended your account, should it arise again you should be able to do so yourself through the account panel.

Are the comments the cause of my suspesion? I have a section in my website to let people comment it... would that be the cause? I tryed to comment myself and it appeared again that my domain got suspended.. :S
