Your account is not suspended. When I visit your main domain for your site, I see a page that says you need to register your domain. Co.cc is a third-party domain, not like the other ones that you can choose from, x10hosting doesn't own or control co.cc. You'll need to go to co.cc and register it (it's free) and then set the nameservers there to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com
