Help with all this confusion...

Hi, My website has been down for over a week trying to figure this out.

• I have a domain with godaddy it's emkpainter.com
• I have already changed the nameservers to NS1.X10HOSTING.COM and NS2.X10HOSTING.COM.
• In cpanel I changed my main domain to emkpainter.com
• I was using Filezilla as my ftp program but downloaded Cyberduck in hopes that it would work.

My problems are:
1. I can't connect via ftp using any program. It just says can't connect. (Uploading the files one by one would take forever).
2. If you pull up my webpage it still has the default godaddy page with random links and such. The nameservers were changed last week.

Please help me with this.

Once you changed the DNS, The propagation may take upto 48hours.

So try after some time.

ok, now I can connect via ftp, but the photos aren't showing up...

I'm getting 403 Forbidden errors on your images.

Either a permission problem or an .htaccess problem.

When I had a paid hosting site I published my website the same way and had no problems.
