In short, something on your account is using excessive CPU and/or Ram for an extended period of time. Given that you've got a total of 17 different wordpress plugins (besides whatever coppermine photo gallery and joomla have installed on them), there's a good chance that one of those 17 is simply too intensive.
As it's a high resource usage suspension, login to your account panel and request an unsuspension there - these aren't permanent suspensions.
TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!
