Wordpress upgrade got account suspened

I just tried to update to the newest version of Wordpress (3.0.5.) and I immediately got my account suspended for high cpu usage.
I can't imagine it's policy to have outdated installations on your servers, so maybe something could be changed here? Any suggestions maybe?

Please try updating it manually instead of automatically.
