i got re suspended... if i get the x10 hosting prime for $2.95 a month could i get it for only 1 month instead of 3 just to try it out and see if this problem continues.

The above is from the logs, and at that time those two scripts were using a bit over double the allowed for CPU usage, in two open processes (commands).

There's a couple notes of higher usage as well, up to using almost one full CPU. In that case it was the following file that was accessed:

As for Prime Membership, we can not make a one month package. It can only be purchased in 3, 6 or 12 months batches. We can of course remove it from your account sooner, but we will not be able to refund in that case.

However, in the case of CPU usage getting as high as nearly one full CPU, you'd likely get suspended with a Prime as well, as although it has a higher limit then the basic free it does not allow you to use 100% of one CPU.

then how would i switch over to a different host while keeping all my stuff? because i obviously take to much cpu.

With those usages, I guess premium would be the best bet.
Once you signed up and paid for a premium account we can migrate the account in its full over to that server. All you need to do is submit a ticket in the clients area (premium support) and request it, don't forget to include your current cpanel username.

It might work on Illuminated as well, which is a separate server, but still goes under the free hosting ToS while allowing more resources to be used. Illuminated only comes in a 5 year package though.
