    Replace files???

    Hi
I am running a flash xml based site. When I try to replace a xml file it will transfer but the old one is still there?
If I change the menu and the xml file size goes up, i would transfer it through filezilla ftp but the old file with the smaller size is still there and there is no change on the live site.
I have tried to edit using filezilla and the online cpanel file manager
Please help as this is very frustrating.
    Thanks

    Hello,

Have you tried deleting the old one first and then trying to re-upload the new file?
    Thanks,
    Brandon Long

Yes I have. I even tried copying and pasting the code through the built in editor in the file manager when I could

Make sure you clear your browser cache and history. Browser (and ISP) caching of content can make updates hard to see.

I have tried viewing with multiple browsers and computers and all still show the original old site. This problem did not occur with my old host. I guess that rules out both of those. I even deleted by index page and the site still runs the old one?? Seems the site is not 'live'

I go to your co.nz site and it shows an Index of / page.

Hence, the problem is at your end or your ISP.
