suspension for nulled

I didn't know it wasn't permitted. I appologize and guarentee it will not happen again. I have used x10 previously, and forgot this was a hosting server that did not allow them. I will remove it as soon as my hosting is back online.

Can I ask, what is the point of terminating the account?
Why not just suspend until we know what we did wrong? We can just remake it if we feel it is unjust or some other dumb reason. I personally enjoyed having the site, I was making alot of progress and now it's down the drain over a little mistake. Hours of coding gone because the moderating system is extremely harsh.

It's the consequence for causing x10hosting to have illegal scripts on its servers. I'm pretty sure that x10hosting does not appreciate illegal material like this causing it to be on blacklists and getting in trouble with the law of the US. x10hosting here is providing a free service and will crack down on abuse of its servers. It's applied equally to everyone here, and the TOS is quite clear on what's not allowed and the consequences for breaking the rules.

I can pretty much stake anything in my possession that before any of the mods became mods, they didn't read the ToS. People make mistakes, we learn from them. So i got a script that had a nuller in it. I actually didn't know it had it until i relooked at the folder. I thought it was something else.

But rules are meant for everyone.Its not only you.Every Zero Tolerance suspended account are terminated.

Ignorance is not an excuse. To get the account setup you had to tick a small thing saying "I agree to x10Hosting's Terms of Service." If you did chose to not read what you actually agree to, well to bad for you, the rules still apply, and you agreed to follow them.
