Not sure what is going on

My account is active it says, I logged in and i added phpbb via softaculous.
I put it to the root (removed /phpbb from install directory) and my website isnt working.

The baby blue Default Web Site Page is a placeholder while the system fully updates/configures itself to point your domain to your account files.

It normally goes away within 24-48 hrs. Make sure to clear your browser cache and history before attempting to view your site again.

Lost me there.
I never saw a blue screen, only error after trying to join site.
cleared cache, cookies, history, everything. still not working.
