Are you getting the baby blue Default Web Site Page (no ads) or the dark blue Web Site Does Not Exist (with ads)?

I see the second.

Couple of quick questions before I escalate this to an official support ticket.

1. Did you just change domain names? If so, when?
2. Did the domain name ever work? How long and when did it begin to go bad?

I changed the domain name yesterday, and it did not work at all.

Problem: His domain gives a 302 redirect to: Location: http://x10lotus.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/

His DNS and ns1.x10hosting.com has the domain pointed at Boru.

Escalating to a Support Ticket so an Admin can figure out why the system did this.
