website not properly linked to folders?

hey, I recently used softaculous to install moodle on my account. I installed it under omnisite.pcriot.com/moodle/. It shows up in the file manager in public html just as one would expect, however I cannot actually access it via http.

If you just recently changed your domain name, then please allow 24 hours for the system to sync up to it. Be sure to clear your browser's cache before you check it. If after 24 hours and you still can't access it, please let us know.
