Every time I try to connect to FTP, I get an error "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server". I have tried every possible combination of log in details relating to both the format specified in the FTP page, as well as my cPanel username and password, as well as having disabled my firewall, but I am still unable to connect.

There was higher than normal FTP traffic. You should be all set now.

Still not working. This has been happening every time I try to log in for the past 4 days. Is having such a high level of traffic usual?
