I am getting this error when trying to download from the Internet Explorer using the link
http://dmkjee.x10.mx/AsiVs2005_1_0_0_3/AsiVs2005.exe.config.deploy
The file is there and can be downloaded using File manager in cPanel.
Please help

It looks like you're trying to run a windows program in a linux server. x10hosting's servers are linux, not windows.
