What am I doing to use high system resources? I don't use my account that much, so what could I possibly of done?

Suggestion: Adding an explanation on to the suspensions page of why the account has been suspended to stop confusion.

Thank you for unsuspending my account. Please could you provide an explanation of how I was using high system resources? The reason for this request is to ensure I do not make the same mistake in the future, as I would prefer my account not to be suspended/banned/deleted.
