PHP mail function

Hello,

Earlier when I started hosted here, you had to upgrade your account before you could use the Mail() function.
I can't find that upgrade anymore in my account panel, is it disappeared or can't we send mails anymore?

I am sorry for my bad English, and hope to receive an answer soon.

PHP mail() is active for all Free Hosting accounts. There is only one version of PHP for everybody.

Due to abuse by some members, Hotmail, Yahoo, and other email recipients may put the emails into the Spam folder or even bounce the email back to the x10 account.

I found out the mail function doesn't work properly. The mail came after 4-5 hours. Sometimes even 6, am I doing something wrong or is it the server, that is lagging behind?

Apparently the tiny electronic mail sorters in the x10hosting mail servers are on a slow down strike. Something about paid medical benefits.
Seems currently that everybody is experiencing the same problem as you are.
