Slow forum performance

Hi again guys,

Lately my forum ( http://www.photofiltre-lx.org/forum/ ) has been running as slow as snails and I think it may be a problem with either Mysql or PHP.

I am on the Chopin server and I would like this issue to be investigated.

Will anything be done on this issue?? Ive seen lots of similar threads about the same problem on Chopin! Almost every thread has no response on the matter... -_-
