unexpected suspension

Hi there
I was stunned today as I found my account suspended while I was designing my new website.
I was doing nothing that could be considered excessive; I was not using a database; I was not handling huge amounts of data; no loop in my script that ran forever.
Can you give me an idea of what is considered heavy use? Does my suspension today mean that if I succeed in building a successful website with loads of traffic that I will find myself suspended straight away?
