    FTP support

    how to I log into my FTP account to make changes to my domain? I'm lost.

    Using an FTP client, use the following information:

    Hostname: etech.pcriot.com
    Username: Your cPanel username
    Password: Your cPanel Password

    From there, your website files are located inside of the public_html folder.
