Premium Hosting

Hi,
I just started using your free hosting for my website, but due to your low cost hosting and features i'm thinking in upgrading.
I need to know if the loading times/speeds/pings are good enough for Europe.
The Free is kinda slow.
I also want to know what PC Specs are you offering with that premium hosting.
I also saw that you guys don't "refund"... I was thinking in buying a 3 years, but i would like a refund if i'm not happy with it.
Don't you ate least give a 30days money back trial?

One last question, i wanna know how the reselling works. If i can sell with the premium hosting a site to my clients or if i need the x10Premium RESELLERS package.

You could buy the one month package at $6.95 for testing, if you're happy it can be "upgraded" to the 3 year plan, it is the same package just with a discount for buying for a longer period of time. As you noticed there's no refunds.

To be able to resell it'd be recommended to have a Reseller plan, otherwise your clients will not have a separate login to cPanel, the only thing you technically can offer is ftp access to their folder under your account (you'd have to set them up to use an addon domain to your account).

As for what hardware the Premium servers run, I don't have the specs, but I know the hardware is better then the hardware on free hosting.

Ok,
But do you think/garantee the speeds will be good to Europe?
About the reselling i think i prefer the FTP solution.
