Suspension due to high resource usage

Hi, mi hosting account have been suspended 2 times due to high resource usage, now it is unsuspended (automatic unsuspension) but I don't have stuff in mi webpage that can provocate high resource usage, I only have a wordpress blog and a smf forum, Is there a way I can know whitch one of the scripts is causing the high resource usage?

Are you using any plugins / add-ons / mods on your WordPress or SMF installations?
Some of these are known to cause high resource usage issues.
