Suspension issue

Hello Dear,

For last two days, I m continuously gettiing suspended due to high resource usage. However all i have been doing is trying out few plugins of wordpress on my blog. I doubt there is something wrong at my end. can you please help me to find out what is wrong with my blog operations. so that i can fix those issues to avoid getting suspended for over usage of resources in future.

Be aware that some WordPress plugins are known to cause high resource usage issues.
