I have now unsuspended it.
Please take a look at This Article regarding high resource usage which contains information on how to avoid this problem in the future and resolve the suspension yourself in most cases.
One of the first things you will want to do is take a look at any add-ons / plugins / mods you may be using as some of these are known to cause high resource usage issues.

i think this may be caused by a server error, it gave a 500 error 2 times and then the account was suspended for hi system usage, and there is a blank installation at my domain, so.........

MySQL on Chopin (your server) is messing up again. If you get the "temporarily unavailable" screen, that is why. Did just get to your site, but it took awhile and clicking on the 'About' link caused it to hang.

Not sure if that issue contributed to the high resource usage suspension.
