X10 Hosting - Very Poor Admin / Support

Hi,

Yet again I find myself having to try and gee-up some suppport here. X10 used to be very
good when there were problems reported but lately the reaction times to peoples threads
[ for help ] is VERY bad.

I do not appear to be the only member here with email problems. To me it is VERY important that this basic function works correctly.

My problem was first reported 3 days ago and the emails sent take what seems like an
ice-age to get through. This problem is not just on my website either, there are other
threads which report the same.... here is one -->

Note that the quote says "community support". Free hosting is supported by volunteers, who don't always have time to get to every question.

It looks as though the mail queue is congested. Unfortunately, there isn't an estimate as to when the issue will be resolved. Only a few (rather busy) people have access to the mail system. On the up side, there's nothing you need to do and the condition is temporary (if somewhat long-lasting).
