About LinkBacksHy. I need your help. Somehow when i wanted to delete everything in the public_html folder that i don't need it deleted everything from the host. Can you help me how to restore all data back?

The free hosts don't offer automated backup. Sadly, there's little to be done. In the future, either make your own backups or don't use the live site as your primary copy.
