Can't log into Cpanel

I just set up my account yesterday and could get into it them but didn't have time to look it over. Today I tried to log in but it will not let me. I am new so I am not sure if I am doing something wrong.

Is there any help on this form? I have been trying to connect to Cpanel all day and I still can't get into it. I also can't connect to my site with filezilla either. I have not done anything except sign up for an account and made a data base file. I still can't get to my site so I can upload my files so I can get my site started.

Now I have been trying for two day to get on to cpanel with no luck. I also keep trying to connect to my site with fillezille. When I connect it comes back with conntion closed by server and could not connect to server. I am using chopin.x10hosting.com:2083 with my user name and pass work. At this point I don't know what is wrong.

Help is needed please

What exactly is your issue? Is it just not connecting or can you not login.
If it is the former, then you need to make sure you are not behind a firewall. Many Schools and businesses block most outgoing ports. Additionally many personal firewalls block web browsers that try to connect to non-standard ports.

Okay here we go. I set up an account two days ago and l went to Cpanel but didn't have the time to do anything but look around. The next day I tried to log in to Cpanel again and it keeps telling me Login Attempt Failed! I then went to Fillezilla and try to log on to my site so I could add my files and that will connect to chopin.x10hosting.com:2083Then I will wait for the welcome message then is will say server disconnected. I printed off the hosting account's details page to make sure I was using the right pass work and I was. I am not behind any fire wall.


Sorry I was using the wrong pass word. I am sorry but must have changed before I shut down the computer the other night.
