Country blocked - New account request

I´m getting the error:
"We're sorry, but we currently block requests from your country for various reasons."

So as sugggested in the FAQ, in sending you the following information for you to please set me up a new account.

Please include the following in your PM to an Account Manager:

Default Site Language: Spanish

The FAQ does have it wrong, we can currently not create a fully working hosting account if your country is blocked.
